Helping Students Understand Their Mental Health in 60 Minutes or Less Since 2016

The Get Schooled Tour has been providing middle schools and high schools with a one hour, high energy program, that combines live entertainment, interactive polling, and compelling video, to lower the stigma regarding mental health. When the COVID-19 pandemic began, and parents and schools had to face a shift in education, the Get Schooled Tour took the program digital. It made it possible for students, teachers, and parents to interact through a webinar format.

Whether virtual or in-person, The Get Schooled Tour encourages students to talk to a trusted adult so that their secret struggle, whatever it is, does not have the final say on their future.

Our newest version, The Get Schooled Tour ESCAPE, focuses on what we reach for when dealing with pain. Coping mechanisms like journaling or meditation can be very healthy, but often we look to escape through social media, vaping, or substance abuse.

Interested in a program designed for elementary students? The Get Schooled Tour Jr. is a 30-minute virtual program that helps younger students understand how important their brains are and leaves them with some helpful tips on how to keep their brains healthy!

It can be hard to navigate how to talk about mental health. The Get Schooled Tour is specifically designed to engage elementary, middle school, and high school students in that discussion in a memorable and relevant way. We all have mental health. Let’s talk about it!
